The main purpose of AnswerGem is to provide a platform for registered Experts to provide answers to Customers' questions. Customer usernames in the context of a question and answer thread are made visible only to Experts, and other Customers or the general public will not be able to view them. Contact information (e.g. Name, Telephone, Address, Email, etc.,) of a Customer is entirely private and only that Customer can view them -- Experts, other Customers, or the general public cannot view them. However, all content exchanged between a Customer and an Expert via AnswerGem.com is completely non-confidential and is viewable by other Experts, other Customers and the general public in most cases. AnswerGem does not screen or edit the content of communications between Experts and Customers. However, AnswerGem may screen, copy, transmit and review all communications conducted by or through AnswerGem.com for technical support and/or in order to uphold the terms of this Agreement.

All questions, answers, and other content are available for view by the general public. Please remember that any information that you disclose in these areas becomes public information and you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal information.

Information Sharing With Third Parties
From time to time we may enter into a special relationship with another company that is not owned by AnswerGem to provide additional features at this site.
