rubyroo13,
Bleeding during or after sex is never normal, so you will need to see a doctor for an evaluation. This can be due to many things including vaginitis, cervicitis, STD, polyps, endometritis, fibroids, just to name a few. If the bleeding is heavy and you are changing a pad/tampon or more in an hour or less, you need to go to the ER immediately as this is considered excessive and can lead to anemia. If you feel tiredness, dizziness, or lightheadedness this warrants an ER visit as this can indicate that you are anemic. So please do get checked out asap to determine the exact cause.

Do you think it is due to the pill? I have heard from a friend that she bled during sex and the doctor simply changed her brand she was using.. The bleeding isnt as heavy as you ve claimed for attention to the ER but it is just as much as my normal period. I have a walk-in i have to try and get into first on monday but im really scared whats going on

rubyroo13,
If the bleeding is only after sex, then no- this wouldn`t be due to the pill. If it is constant, then it would be due to the pill as anytime you start or stop any type of hormonal birth control method, it takes 2-3 months for cycles to regulate themselves. During this time it is normal to experience period irregularities. Your other symptoms could very will be due to the pill, which can take 2-3 months to disappear completely.
